Terms of Use – 10Push

Welcome to 10Push (hereinafter: "the Site" or "the Service"). Use of the Site and the services offered on it is subject to the terms detailed below. Using the Site constitutes your full agreement to these terms.

1. Definitions

• The Company – Digital Push Box LTD.
• The Service – Promotion of YouTube videos through paid campaigns managed in the Company's internal Google Ads account (MCC).
• The User – Any person or entity that acts through the Site and places an order or uses the services.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is intended solely for the promotion of videos on YouTube and does not grant the User direct access to a Google Ads account. Campaigns are set up in the Company's internal account, and the User receives a ready-made promotion service without needing to open an independent Ads account. The Service operates in accordance with Google Ads policy, and the User undertakes to act in accordance with the policy guidelines: Google Ads Policy.

3. Use of the Google Ads API

The Site uses the Google Ads API solely for setting up and managing campaigns in the Company's internal account (MCC). The API is used exclusively in the Company's internal account and does not include access to users' private Ads accounts. The Company does not store third-party Ads account data.

4. Campaign Cancellation

The User may request campaign termination at any time. The Company undertakes to stop the campaign within up to 3 business days from receipt of the request. Cancellation requests should be sent to: support@10push.co.il.

5. Refunds

If an ad is rejected by Google due to a policy violation, the User is entitled to a full refund of the remaining unused budget, or alternatively to re-adapt the ad at their discretion. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the full refund policy published on the Site.

6. Privacy and Use of Cookies

The Site uses cookies to improve the user experience and measure usage. The User may block or delete cookies through their browser settings. Full details are stated in the Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Campaign data is stored for operational and service purposes for a limited period (up to 90 days). The User may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting support@10push.co.il.

8. Liability and Indemnification

The Company is not responsible for campaign results beyond what is stipulated in written agreements. The User undertakes not to publish content that is prohibited under Google Ads policy or Israeli law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
