Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transaction Cancellation

You may request a transaction cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, provided the campaign has not yet been activated.

Rejected Campaigns

If the campaign is rejected by Google due to a policy violation, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or to a revised campaign at their discretion.

Partial Refunds

If the campaign has been partially activated, a partial refund may be issued based on the budget actually spent.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase within 7 business days.
